How Nomenas Digital LLC corporate legal pages relate to separate product-specific and project-specific legal pages.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Nomenas Digital LLC operates multiple owned digital assets, software products, media properties, fictional worlds, commerce assets, AI systems, project websites, and experimental internet-native projects.
This page explains how company-level legal pages relate to project-specific legal pages.
1. Corporate Website
The legal pages on nomenasdigital.com apply to the corporate website, company information, project portfolio, business inquiries, general media descriptions, broad IP notices, AI disclosure, affiliate disclosure, disclaimers, and general company communication.
2. Jurisdiction and Project Availability
Nomenas Digital LLC operates its corporate website and projects primarily under United States and New Mexico law.
Individual projects may have their own geographic availability, terms, privacy policies, disclaimers, platform notices, access rules, or compliance restrictions.
Unless a project specifically states otherwise, Nomenas Digital LLC projects are not directed to the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
Some projects may block access, reject submissions, refuse transactions, disable account creation, restrict platform features, remove data, decline communication, or refuse participation from jurisdictions where legal, tax, regulatory, data protection, consumer protection, platform, or compliance requirements are incompatible with the project.
Project-specific terms control the availability and jurisdictional scope of each product, platform, media property, digital asset, commerce asset, or software project.
Access to a public website from a jurisdiction does not mean that Nomenas Digital LLC offers that project, product, service, or platform in that jurisdiction.
3. Product-Specific Policies
Some products may require their own legal documents.
For example, the Nomenas software platform may require separate terms and privacy policies covering user accounts, subscriptions, profile data, uploads, photographs, memorial pages, QR access, private links, family workflows, moderation, storage, data export, deletion, payment processing, and user-generated content.
4. Project-Specific Policies
Some project websites may have their own terms, privacy policies, disclaimers, community rules, platform notices, crypto disclosures, or intellectual property rules.
Examples may include redneck.work, Redneckverse, bank.redneckverse.me, Y'ALL, First Combustion Bank of Pine Licks, Vibe Foundry, New Southern Era, Redneck Widows, RAI, Lenny's Radio, Commerce Labs projects, and future Nomenas Digital LLC projects.
5. Conflict Between Policies
If a project-specific policy applies to a specific project, feature, platform, community, digital asset, or product, that project-specific policy governs that project or feature in addition to the general corporate legal pages.
If there is a direct conflict between a corporate legal page and a project-specific legal page, the project-specific legal page controls for that project or feature unless it states otherwise.
6. Digital Asset Projects
Projects involving digital assets, tokens, blockchain tools, wallets, swaps, liquidity pools, fictional economies, or crypto-related interfaces may have additional disclaimers.
Corporate descriptions of digital asset projects are informational only and do not replace project-specific risk disclosures.
7. Fictional and Media Projects
Projects involving satire, fictional worlds, characters, music, fake institutions, broadcasts, fictional economies, or entertainment content may have additional media disclaimers and IP rules.
